We bought our first home in the spring of 2009. Engaged and looking for our first home we stumbled upon a cute little fixer-upper. The house we found was in great condition but wasn't so pretty to look at. We knew it was going to take a lot of work to get this house into shape but we wanted a challenge. With tile flooring throughout(multi-colored and sized), random colored rooms (hot pink stripes anyone?) and finger painted white washed trim we knew we had a lot of work ahead. With that said we decided a blog would be the best way to document the long process of fixing up this fixer-upper. Hopefully it doesn't take us too long. Enjoy!
